Brooklyn Patriots Soccer Club

The Brooklyn Patriots Soccer Club was established in 1994 by Antonio Vargas to provide an opportunity for young players from our diverse community to play soccer at all levels. Antonio has served as its President and General Manager for the past decade. Over the years, in addition to coaching and managing the Club, Antonio has done everything, from marking the fields to driving players back home – he's been there for everyone all the time.

The Brooklyn Patriots Soccer Club ( BPSC ) is a community-based youth soccer organization open to all young people of every level and background. The Club combines a strong intramural program with highly competitive travel teams. The Club's mission is to encourage teamwork, to promote good sportsmanship, and to develop self-esteem through playing soccer.

Club Expands! In the last couple of years, the Club has expanded significantly. The Club and its community are indebted to the Prospect Park Alliance for its support and maintenance of t he newly renovated athletic fields at the Parade Ground in Brooklyn which serve as the Home Field of the Brooklyn Patriots. The state-of-the-art soccer fields are used by the Club year long for all recreational and travel team training activities and for all home game events. This expansion has allowed us to offer more programs and activities resulting in more community children involved in soccer. The Club has expanded the number of boys and girls travel teams playing at a higher competitive level in city and state leagues and tournaments. We are now the largest soccer club in Brooklyn with the highest number of teams playing in the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League (CJSL).
